Refund policy
Our products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. If your return is approved, a prepaid label will be sent and $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, (unused, uncut, and unwashed), and in its original packaging, including the bill of lading.
Y'all, if it's fabric and it's been washed or smells like... anything other than fabric... please save us both the hassle and don't try and return. <3
PATTERNS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED. Please read product descriptions in full before purchase. Do not hesitate to send an e-mail if you have any questions about a product before ordering.
To start a return, you can contact us at apothecary.groveton@gmail.com. We will send you a pre-paid label to print out and ship the product back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like patterns, clearance items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send an e-mail to apothecary.groveton@gmail.com to request a refund. Once you receive the Return Authorization number and pre-printed return label (we're pretty fast), then immediately make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved per our requirements. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less $10 for return shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
