We have several options of getting your order to you.
✔ FREE! Local Pick-up in Store: Choose this option to pick up your order at our Brick & Mortar shop located at: 124 S Main St, Groveton, TX 75845. Orders are typical ready in under an hour during our normal business hours. If ordered when we are closed, items will be available next business day.
✔ FREE! Ground Advantage Shipping (USPS) for orders with a subtotal of $50 or more.
✔ $5 Ground Advantage Shipping (USPS) for all orders not meeting the $50 subtotal threshold.
✔ Expedited shipping for those who need orders shipped priority. Pricing varies with order.
Our daily cut-off time for same-day shipping is 3pm CST. All orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped out next business day. (Business Days are Monday-Friday, federal holidays not included.)
RETURNS
All returns must be requested via email (apothecary.groveton@gmail.com).
Our products may be returned within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. If your return is approved, a prepaid label will be e-mailed back to you and $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Due to the nature of the product, our paper patterns are NOT refundable. Please read the product description in full before purchasing.
