Our Hearthstar quilt pattern was inspired by painted barn quilts, popular in the Midwest and Appalachia.  This is the perfect pattern to bring the history of American barn quilts to fabric form!

I designed and drafted this pattern (my first in a series of big-block, barn quilt-inspired patterns) to be easy enough for beginners to easily create a beautiful quilt of their own. The instructions include five sizes: Baby, Throw, Twin, Full, Queen.
